Yes, but remember that anything less than about 4-5 inches is usually a mohawk.

lol a mohawk would work for me lol. i did not know his owners were roaching him mane(i really did not want them to) so thats why im asking all this

yeah i was asking around for u and they said that it would probably only grow an inch and a half to two inches by fair.

I roached my mare's mane a year ago and it's maybe 3-4 inches. I roached it because she had a big patch that was completely yanked out. I trimmed it shorter when it was a mohawk just to get all of the hair the same length. She decided to rub some of the hair out at the base of her mane since it's grown a little too. It's so sad because she had a long mane right before I purchased her, then the day before I got her it was yanked out somehow.
