No trail pics, I wanted to concentrate on her, and keep her safe, but she did so great!
She never spooked, even at the little critters zipping all over the trail, squirrel here, chipmunk there, she was perfect! I took her on one short trail, then into another field, which led to 3-4 other trails, we went on all of them! We spent some 3-4 hours on trails and just riding about...She only spooked in the hay field *before the first trail* from a coat left on the ground lol, but that was it, she LOVES walking in the leaves, and I had to pull her out of the trees a few times on the outskirts lol, but once we were on the trail, she was perfect...

I was teaching my friend how to gallop on the older mare she was riding, and galloped a few times on Satin, I knew she was fast, but dang!

I also rigged up something to keep satin in check, without me being on her mouth

Thats 2 set of reins one set on her halter, the other on the bridle, I mainly use the halter, but use the bit if she won't slow up, or stop, or if I'm having troubles getting her to turn my way..I also have a lead rope attached to her halter tied around her neck looped over the horn, I wanted to be prepared on the trail, and I was

I can't go see her until Thursday *whines* Parent's are irritating in the worst way!

Yea, she is pretty cute huh? We've really grown attached to each other, it will be hard if I ever want to ground tie her lol, she just wants to follow me everywhere, she can't be tied outside her stall alone quite yet, she pases and digs trying to follow me, while on the trail I had to get off and clear some branches, I had to have my riding buddy hold her lol, she was not happy... I'll gets alot of trail pics on thurs. if its not too dank weather wise
