researching before building indoor arena-Help please!

We have decided to build an indoor arena on our place (this in lieu of moving south). Just beginning to do research and I find there is little on the internet. I am in the Southeastern OHIO/ West Virginia area. Does anyone know who is good at erecting pole or post/frame riding arenas in this area? Does anyone have a recommendation as to type of arena? I want a Cover-All but my hubby doesn't like the looks...so that is out. Also, the size is up in the air at this point. I think at least 60 by 120...but is that big enough to lope one nicely around? I am really excited about it because I can't ride much in winter as it is. Even to be able to lunge one on a snowy, icy day would be great. There used to be a company called Umbaugh Pole Bldgs. but can't find it so they must have gone out of business. If you have any info I would appreciate it. A google search didn't bring much up.
