Question Rescue/Adoption

I have rescued a mare that was locked in a stall 24hrs a day and was starved and beat. They had told me that if they would not have had a complant from someone that she would have been dead in another 12hrs.
I have brought to be one of my really nice and fast barrel horses that i own. how can i get her tail to grow it's short and i dont know what to do with it? Ya'll can email me at redneck.booty1@yahoo.com

Yup, the tail won't grow without good food. And if she is truely starved you'll have to start out slow.
