Recommendation for Wide Dress Boot

I need to find a dress boot in a (very) wide calf.

Most of the brands I have looked in wide calf in my size (8) are only 15 1/2" wide, I need something that is more like a 16" wide or maybe a little more.

Any recommendations?

Or on the flip side is there any way to reduce your calf size?

Does it have to be a dress boot?
Mountain Horse's higher end boots are SO comfortable, wider than most wides, and not too expensive. I ride dressage but went with a field boot just because they fit so well. I have never had a comment or a second look wearing field boots in lower level dressage.

I can second the comfort of the mountain horse boots.

They are reasonable and fit my wide calf (and short calf)

I will chime in for Mt Horse as well, between Martial Arts,
riding and being on my feet alot at work, I have freakishly muscular calves

You could wear this boot anywhere! That is the classic tall dress boot by Mt Horse.

I have these, got them right here on HgS, http://www.equestriancollections.com...pcode=ER10000u loff them, and they fit right out of the box. I will road in them this fall and do some schooling shows in them as well.

I've worn the winter ones, and they were AWESOME and comfortable to school in.

This is the tall boot that I tried on and want to buy -

They also have a more traditional looking boot as well, but I like the tread -

Dress -

I have that field boot shown there second to last and luff it. It looks very traditional but feels like a tennis shoe!

The come with the coolest boot trees, too. They are inflatable! I call them "spider plugs"
