Ration Balancer Reference Thread

I'm bored, and figured I'd do something worthwhile and gather all the extremely useful threads about common ration balancer questions in one place to make searching for the answers to the most commonly asked questions a bit easier This is by no means all the threads on ration balancers...a search will reveal about 7 pages of results on ration balancers so if a question isn't answered here, it might be somewhere else

We definitely need this to be a sticky! Im sure if a Mod is contacted they can decide whether or not it is sticky worthy!
Thanks for putting this together I just sat and read through every thread.

Just thought I'd add another thread on here....apparently I can't edit my original post since it is so old, but in this thread SueB does a very good job of explaining how to determine if a feed is a ration balancer

Also thanks to everyone for the compliments...I too hope it can become a sticky to help everyone find it
