Cool Question about Melody's pedigree?

I was browsing back in Melody's pedigree when I saw this. Look at the two horses on the very bottom. The dam and, well, dam of Tifle is Hamdani and Hamdani-Jifle. Now, I know that it is physically impossible for two mares to reproduce, and I'm not sure why it's showing up like that on ABP. Anyone else think this is a bit strange and have some logical reason as to why Tifle is listed as having two dams and no sire?

Any one can edit the All breed pedigree site and ANY one can change anything in a pedigree on there. Because it's on the all breed site does not make it the gospel. It's just a tool to help you dig deeper into the horses back ground. Your best bet for an accurate pedigree is the breed association the horse is registered with.

If the horse is a cross breed, then check, the breed registries of the parent horses. Don't rely on all breed pedigree as if it were the full truth because it's to easily altered by anyone who has access to a computer and the internet.

Oh, I know that, but I didn't know that it was possible to edit it so that a horse has two dams and no sire. I'm sure that her pedigree isn't 100% accurate when you go far enough back, but I found that little tidbit very interesting.
