Purple Haze

Just wondering, what do you think of the name Purple Haze for a show horse.

He is a bay stallion.

We are thinking of pink and purple for his colours to make him stand out. Gold twinkle toes too. Here is a pic of his browband.

If not purple Haze, any other suggestions.

Does purple haze actually mean something in the Australian language or is it just sort of a colourful fog? Is he a cow horse? We haze cattle here. But we usually do it in plain dust colour, never purple.

Canadians like me really don't feel comfortable commenting on this name until we know the full cultural implications. One thing I am pretty sure of is that the 'man from Snowy River' wouldn't be caught dead on a horse named Purple Haze.
