she's starting to get big, and her udders are huge.... still a ways to go though

thanks yes im excited and worried after her tying up insadent and shes ofically 13 as of sunday

I would be concerned for her udders being developed that early. Keep a close eye on her maybe even ahve her checked. We had a mare that developed that early and were told not to worry. One day we went to feed and she had foaled, sorry to say he was lost. Never had a clue she was about to foal as her milk didnt turn white and no waxing occured until after she foaled. After examination the vet thinks she had a mild uterine infection that was enough to cause premature seperation of the placenta. All of this might have been able to be stopped if we had put her on antibiotics as a precaution when we noticed her bagging so big so early.
