i would say get a vet to check ASAP just to make sure if she is in foal that everything is OK. If anything, have the vet out anyway to check her out just in case there is something else going on with her

Best way to find if any mare is in-foal is to do either an ultrasound or a palptation(depending on how far into pregnancy the mare is). How long have you had the mare? I am guessing that you haven't had her long, otherwise you would know breeding dates, have ultrasounded/palptated prior to this, ect. If you haven't had her long were you informaed by the previous owners of any possibilities of her being exposed to a stallion?

Signs that mare is getting close/r/ to foaling are: they tend to start bagging up 4-6 weeks prior to foaling, (Right before foaling>>) some mare's have 'wax' form on the end of their teats, others dont--just as well as some mares will drip milk and other's won't, their vulva will elongate, the area around their tail head will begin to soften and become jello-like, right before foaling they may pace, become irratible, be very snatchy at their feed, lay down and get back up often, among other possible signs.
