Portable Paddock?

Does anyone have one of these? I'm considering getting one for camping/field trials but want to make sure they're worth $140.

Any reviews would be greatly appreciated!

i do not have one, but i know someone who does and finds it very nice when she does multi-day trail rides, like the battlefields in Gettysburg. Personally, i think they are pretty cool! I have seen them used a lot at the one fair we show at for the rodeo horses that are there for multiple days so the horse doesnt have to live in the trailer.

I think if you got it, it would work out just fine for ya!

What type is it? There are some good ones and some not so good ones, the better ones are around $250 and higher.

I don't have one but the people I know with them like them, could not tell you the quality or brand. Be careful though, MANY parks/forests/campgrounds will NOT allow them. They claim it is a liability issue so check before you go

I love portible paddocks. But I created my own set.

I bought a solar panel/battery operated one. (most expensive part). Get a good one.

Then get you some tape or wire, Lowes has step-in temp poles that work with both, and then get a big ol' bag to keep them in.

Nice thing about the already done up, their poles come apart. But I use mine with my trailer, so they stay in my trailer for going to shows and such.

Because my horse won't pee unless he is 100% loose, I need one if we leave the property.

If you did purchase one, would you please let me know how you like it/pros & cons/etc.?

Thanks!
