 | Poker drive at Bucks county horse park PA
Im taking my morgan mare to the poker drive this saturday. I was wondering if anyone else will be going, or if anyone's gone before?

bucks county isnt to awful far from us either,and also what is a poker drive?

I haven't been to one before, but it sounds like (from the flyer) a hunter pace where at checkpoint's you get a playing card and the best hand wins. Also they have obstacle's and a BBQ, but I don't know if the obstacle's are cone's or a hazard.

Poker drive as in carriage driving? Sounds like fun...do they hold them often up there? Cathy

I'll be at Fair Hill this weekend helping set up the cones courses... anyone who wants to volunteer Saturday and Sunday gets to watch the big dogs drive Sunday- Fun!!

Well, I hope so! My friend's trainer is heading up the volunteers- want me to see if they need an extra hand Saturday (and if there's driving?). I know there will be driving, but not the bent for leather crazy fun stuff, I don't believe.

They got a CDE? this weekend? I was on the American Driving Society's web site tonight and did not see anything about Fair Hill....Cathy
