I signed too, but these things rarely work. If they did, the problem would be solved by now.

I mean yeah it's sad that horses die, but what's a hundred times sadder when they're neglected and suffering because there's just too many out there for responsible owners to care for. They're much better of dead and out their misery than suffering. If horses weren't so overpopulated, there would be no horse slaughter.
