You CAN register a pinto without all the needed white, just like with paint, it's just BS.

I would shoot for regular registry. No harm in trying.

We just got back from the show - and there were some pretty interesting classes especially in the jumping classes - the pony class had 3 entries and all 3 DQd themselves! either from falling off or going off course, one pony wasn't going fast enough and ready to refuse so she slapped him on the butt with her hand and DQd herself! So no winners in that class.......
then in one of the other jumping classes the horse was almost a runaway and the rider kept yelling s**t over almost every jump - we heard her clear across the arena, I don't think the judges liked it at all!

Haha..I think it would be fun to go just to see the classes that Miss Jetta described. Lol.

On another note, a few of my friends won their classes out there or at least placed in the top 10. Yay!

Ugh, it makes me sick to watch. We were supposed to be showing there this year, but my horse got sick.

Oh boy, do I hear you. For 3 years in a row, I planned on going to the APHA World, but each year my horse (1st injury was with a different horse..other two were with the same horse) got injured. And to top it off, all but one were within a month of the show. One of them was the day before we left (horse had two abscesses pop up in the SAME foot).

But, now that you've seen the classes, you can go back next year and kick butt. I hope your horse gets better soon!!!
