Well, here she is -- don't mind the grumpy expression, she's the sweetest horse in the world when she's not busy being cranky because she's ready to pop that baby out...

She is nice and soft behind, all the way to the hip... vulva is relaxed and slightly swollen looking. She hasn't had much of a bag for the past two days but she is accumulating some wax off and on on both teats (as in, I pick it off to examine it and she makes more)! There's a very slight hollow just in front of her hips that's new, too. Temperature is down to 98.4 from a normal ~100.

So make your guesses now as to when she'll foal!

They should be there now -- I was having an arguement with HGS's little insert function and had to go back and copy and paste the URLs in.

Wow she looks good! Baby looks to be droppping too maybe a week? Who knows though? Keep us posted!

Arab mare i presume...looks like a bay mare we have Deserts Echo out at my barn...that baby is gonna be pretty!

Thanks guys! Arabians4ME, none of that week stuff! *thumps* I would like to have it TOMORROW! Last day off work, and I'm wanting to imprint... et cetera. Plus just need cuddle and picture-taking time!

The temperature drop is what made me want to post these pictures, as well as the steady tucking up I'm seeing in her flanks... and the slight color change of the vulva... all that. 95% wishful thinking, I imagine!

It's just not right for me to be posting these pictures of her here, they're awful!

Poor girl is NOT as her best; she's been out of work for more than a year (and closer to two), is miserable with pregnancy and the expression makes her look coarse... and I'm not happy with her feet, either. Blah! Downright disrespectful of me to post her looking so "blah" -- don't tell her, 'kay?

Yep, Arab, sorry -- should have specified, especially with that look on her face!

She thinks she's an Appy, obviously. She's got birdcatcher spots all over her body, the freak.
