Pictures from the show!

My grandparents came and watched a little bit of the show last weekend, and I didn't even know my grandpa had gotten pictures when he presented me with the CD of them this evening! There are only three total of us actually in the ring, and it's all western, as they came in the afternoon after english, but hey, I didn't know I had pictures at all, so I'm happy!

Anyway, enjoy!

Hanging out, waiting for our next class.

Trotting. Not a great picture, at all. I promise his head is usually down lower and I don't have such bad form. I think. lol.
WP class....
And again...

Midas and me, hanging out...

Midas was being good and had been bored and waiting so long that I decided I'd take off his bridle and let him eat until our next class. I know he could spook and run away pretty easily, but he's so calm, and when he has food, he never wants to go anywhere!
Hehe, you can see my horrible banding job. Had NEVER banded a mane before, or seen it done, and it looks like crud. Whoops....

My grandma, me and Midas.

Waiting... and looking at something...
Midas, and a horse from my barn named Hobart in the background.

Waiting some more..
My parents, Midas and I.
I honestly don't know what is going on here.... lol.
Waiting for a class, I went to walk MIdas over this puddle, and he kept jumping it! So we did a lot of work and then lucky little Midas got to stand in the water and wait. Lol, I look quite pleased, don't I? Midas does not. He hates puddles.
Waiting...
Waiting with my dad..

Fixing his breast collar apparently.

Just hanging out.

Tired and waiting...

Thanks. Lol, that is my favorite picture by far. He was being so naughty and throwing a little tantrum about the silly little puddle, and then he finally just kind of gave in and sulked in the water. lol. I really don't remember why I am smiling so much.

lol, really? I thought we looked like CRUD compared to everybody else. Everyone had such nice show chaps, shirts, tack, etc. I had plain old jeans (no belt buckle), no chaps, a $1.99 shirt from Salvation Army, hardly any silver on my tack, a used hat bought for cheap, a badly banded mane, etc. lol. But thanks I guess! I tried hard, but I still think it came together poorly.
