Pics of Shadow

I have some news!!! I decided that we are keeping Shadow, instead of trading her for a younger and taller horse!! I realized how much i trust her 2 days ago. Heres the story: (this is only part of my day with badly trained horses, the worst part) Ok, there was an Appy gelding out in the pasture with all the other horses and Kathy said the trainer she sent him to said that he was well-trianed. So, we sadled him up and i was going to try him out. Kathy went in the house for a few minutes. I started to mount, then he took off bucking. I hung on for a few seconds, then decided it was hopeless, and jumped off. Thankfully, i landed kinda on my back, not my head. I did hit my head a little bit, but just enough to make me get dizzy, the main injury i got was just road-rash on my back. I caught him and put him away after making sure i wasnt injured and then went and sat with Shadow while i waited for my dad who had just called and said he was on his way. Shadow is in a big pen with an other mare right now and the other mare's owner, Melissa, came. Melissa and i decided to groom our horses while we sat there. He mare kept acting up, but Shadow just sat there, resting her head on me and letting me groom her. Thats when i decided i would keep her. Ok, sorry this was so long!! Here are the pics of Shadow:

Thanx for taking the time to read all of this!

I'm sorry to hear you took a fall, I'm glad you weren't more seriously hurt. Sounds like you kept your cool, good on ya!
That 1st pic is just beautiful, worth framing.
