pics of new farm,need advice please

OK, I told you all we put a bid on an old farm for a killer price and today we went to take pics. This first round of pics is of the other 2 acres directly behind the farm I'm buying,they do not come with it BUT we were told we could buy this land and all buildings for 20,000 so I want you all to look at this 2 acre set up and tell me if you think its worth the extra 20,000 please.

The last few pics that are inside are from a small section of the pole barn that IS on my farm.It used to be used as horse stalls years ago but they were torn out for a pig LOL Anyways now its full of junk but I see possibility all cleaned out,another is of the loft for storage and the other is a small room that could be used for tack I think. In a minute I will be posting the pics of the land that will have to be pasture for the first year or so.

on the extra property where all the buildings are, I was thinking that tearing up all that concrete would make a nice area for an outdoor riding area, what do ya think?? Or maybe a 2nd pasture???
Ok more pics on the way!

pasture pics on farm

ok, here are the pics of what will have to be there pasture for a year at least if not forever. Its approx. 2 acres in front of the house and along the side up to the pole barn which has the old stalls in the first set of pics. It looks awful right now but I think its sufficient as far as size. Any comments on what that kind of grass/weeds is growing there right now and does it look big enough for the 2 of them?? It's the best I can do until I buy the land behind it in the first set.

comments please!!!

the family hasn't finished moving out yet so hopefully more junk will go LOL.We went out there today and yesterday to walk off property lines etc. If we bought both properties we'd have it all for 92,000,can you believe that?
Get this, she is so anxious to move to Texas that she said if we'd pay her $500 a month rent,we'd write up something that said she would take it off the market and we could go ahead and start moving/fixing etc. and when ours sells then we finance the loan, I'm seriously considering it!!! My mom said she might rent mine thats for sale which means no 2 payments and if I get that job I could do both if I had too.I am so excited, I know its not perfect but for that kind of money its a bargain! Think of what all you could do with those barns and stuff!

It is so worth buying. For a reasonable price you can't afford not to have it,lol
Is the toy basketball hoop free, or is that extra, lol. I would also have a garage sale. (;
Like Belle said, there is so much that you can do with that. I'd give it a few months and soon enough, it could be a whole new looking place.
