| Senior Member+  | Penny Update! [Photos of Penny and another horse!] I got some photos of Penny today, and decided to make a thread and share them and update everyone on how she is doing. Penny had some feet issues due to being shod badly. Her feet were very sore and she was off for about two weeks. She then developed an abscess, and was off for another two-ish weeks. She is back in work now, and has been quite the spitfire. Not her usual self at all. She was amazing today, though. Penny is finally gaining some weight, and her coat is getting really nice. It is darkening up and getting shinier and sleeker. Thank goodness!  Here are the photos from after my lesson today: Oh, and sorry for my crazy hair. It was windy and cold today, believe it or not. I took my jacket off for pictures and then put it right back on again! Haha.     Belle, the other horse I have been riding:   So, that's all for now. I would include a Homer photo but we don't have him any more.  Trainer found him a new home.

I'm just waiting for the thread where you proudly announce that the two of you have claimed Jr. Hunter AND Regular Hunter Champion at Devon! Great job, and, again, you look great! I am LOVING her beautiful dark chestnut coat.
