[Arabians Rule!!]

Not sure were this should be exactly, so mods feel free to move it.

So i have a 23 year old gelding, he was raced in endurance, then his owner got a hip replacement so they stuck to trail after, so this was all english. I'm teaching him western, and he is doing great, i slowed down his jog a lot, but there are some more things i would like some help in. You can go off this as to what you think i could do to help are western voyage lol. We got these placings at our last show.
2nd in showmanship
2nd in Trail
2nd in horsemanship
5th in pleasure
5th in EQ.
All was western

but what do you think we could do to improve? mainly in eq and pleasure.
He neck reins, but that could improve. I also would like some games to keep him entertained and happy, on and off. Hes a good boy and i can ride halter and lead no problem, i just want some games to keep him entertained. i also would like to eventually do free style. EVENTUALLY...but i would like some ways to build up to that, like how to make him more soft and supple in his mouth.

Or any pattern or something. Oh and hes an Egyptian Arabian.
