Im positive she is splash, is there possibly something else playing a role to get that face white the way it is?

I think she is absolutely breathtaking and SOO UNIQUE!

Oh, I say most DEFINATELY a splash.... She looks like she was held in the middle of her back and dipped in a vat of white paint.

That tail is AWESOME.
