I'm thinking this is probably dad, from looking at the website:

And this is his ped.

Sire: Mighty Awesome (by Barlink Macho Man (by Tuffys Two Spades out of Prizes Bar Link) out of Son Sweet Dreams (by Sonny Showcase out of Bettys Scooter Bar)

Dam: Prophets Image by Obvious Prophet(by Obvious Conclusion out of How D Poco Lynn) out of Expressive Image (by Mr. Impressive out of Miss Rebels Image)

That leaves who mom is and her lines in question.

I am going to bet its not that stud, I am betting its this one:

I have e-mailed the owner to see which stud it is, and which mare! Oh and for a picture of the other side of the filly!

Well both of those stallions are clearly splash. The black is clearly a heterozygous black so that doesn't help. Hmmm. I lean towards the former, but it could go either way.

Yeah I tried to figure more out from the web sites but it was not helpful. I even checked the offspring to see if I could see a trend but that was not helpful either. Guess we will just have to wait for the owner to let us know more. Definitely Splash.

The foal parents must have the "tobiano gene" both of them.
If foals sire or dam is solid the foal is not "homozygous"
"splash" is a distictive line that is in white and above is dark The face is white or nearley all white and white around the eyes( commonly blue)

Splash whites, and frame, can be solid. I can give you pictures of both if you would like. And that filly is almost efinately homozygous splash. And for a foal to be tobano only one parent has to have the gene not both. To be homozygous both have to have the gene but to just be tobiano only one parent needs the gene

I also dont get what you mean by the last two lines

On a splash there's a distictive line that seperates white along body and dark. Nearly all white face around eyes. Blue eyes common. She doesn't seem to have that along her body( the white) it's alittle on legs and part of face and belly Need to see other side of her.
