palomino + palomino = lealthal white?

It is a paint thing,in the overos only, tobys,do not carry this, a palomino bread to another palomino, will usually throw a lighter color,but they can throw also a dark gold or even sorrel,depending on the background.

If the horse is truly ONLY a Tobiano. Tobiano can hide Overo, depending on how the horse would have looked if there were no T in the picture. And, Overo itself can hide. This means that any horse with a Paint background should be checked for OLWS for breeding purposes.

Only if both parents are overos... you can only get a lethal white from crossing two overos that carry the gene.

What does come from Palomino to Palomino would be a Cremello... and unfortunately I've heard people have mistaken them for lethal whites and put them down before.

hmmm no not true scotch has tons of realatives who had both pally parents and came out a pally!

What was meant by " What does come from Palomino to Palomino would be a Cremello" is that cremello is a possibilility, but not lethal white, though some people have mistaken cremello for lethal white.
