I hope the SPCA was able to go out there today. All I can think about is how that one horse had poop in her water and by looking at the color, the poop had been in there for quite some time.

How did u find out about Charm? Were you just responding to a sale ad or?

OH! And PM IBTwister on TMS.. She had sold her a horse on payments and never got paid and horse went missing.

If this person has been sighted before for horses in this condition, how is she managing to have horses again? Isn't there any follow up after cases like this?

There is follow up, as its happening all over again.... SPCA is aware.

It was sweet but sad this morning...
Charm hasnt really made much noise since arriving.
This morning, she gave me the biggest nicker when I arrived, and this was before I had any food to give her!
