6 month update!

It's show-off time again! Alibi is doing fantastically well and has a heart of gold. SHe is hot and energetic, but as safe as can be. My brother and his family were visiting from Denmark, and his 6yo daughter rode Alibi. Just walked and trotted. Alibi stood patiently as she was groomed ALL OVER by enthusiastic little girl first. Who thought you could brush the pastern and heel as well and not die in the attempt?

From the first picture to this last one speaks volumes. She has such a look of contentment on her face. Your bf appears to adore her too. It's 'magic' when that perfect horse comes along.

That last picture almost brings tears to my eyes! She is such a lucky girl to have angels like you two to save her! Congrats, shes gorgeous

Look what 3 weeks can do. Just imagine what 3 months will do under your great care.I can't wait to see the pics over the next few weeks as you continue your efforts . I am so happy for you both that you found each other. Keep up the good work!

FancyAppy, the last pics are of her 6 months later. But you can already see the difference in the 3 week pics (a little earlier on in the thread). This mare is such a find. She is a schoolmistress beyond compare and has absolutely NO vices, as long as you don't get between her and my BF!
