Exclamation Opinions Please!!

OK guys, I need some advice here....

Ghost will 99.9% most like be coming home to my place this Saturday. Oh hills of joy. Happy days are gone...lol! No but seriously, I REALLY dont want her to come home, but I found out from Christina the other day that she bit her BF. I dont know exactly how cuz we've been playing phone tag, but Im figuring he forgot she wasnt like the other horses there and got too close with food or something. Anyway, she doesnt want her around the kids (her students) any longer and I cant blame her. So now I am stuck with this animal again....*sigh*

Now...heres where I need advice. I was going to just stick her in the lower section of my pasture to keep her seperate from Shi and Andy just cuz I dont feel like dealing with her attitude or being chased again. There is no shelter down there, but she can get under the trees so I figured she'd live for a few days ok. My dad though today, when telling him my plans, asked me if there was any way I thought Holly would let me keep her in one of her empty stalls until she was sold. Lightbulb!!!! I was like "omg dad!! that would be awesome!!!"

So do you guys think I should ask Holly if I could use one of her open stalls being shes not using it right now?? I would feed her and stuff and pay for her food and turn her out myself and stuff when Im there so they wouldnt have to do anything with her so I wouldnt owe them anything moneywise.
What do you guys think???? Help! I need to ask her tomorrow if I am going to!!!

Can't hurt to ask! Sounds like this horse is a real case....have you considered the auction? It would take a special person to fix her. She has some serious dominance problems...but you already know that.

I say go ahead, the worst she can do is say no.

Yea thats what I figured Abbie....worst she can say is no. I figured Id see if somebody had some really good reason I shouldnt or something lol.

Yes I considered the auction, but missed the deadline, which in a way was good cuz DEAD BROKE, registered horses went for $700 max. I probably wouldnt have been able to GIVE her away at the auction.

When in doubt just ask Whats the worst they can say? No? I am so sorry Ghost is back in your hands,I KNOW how much you adore that horse after allYou just be careful. Maybe her being seperated from other horses may not be such a bad idea anyways, it may even act as a humbling experience for her, Best of wishes dani!

I almost think Holly will say yes, cuz shes a mom and she does like me so much and she understands stuff like that, but at the same time I hope the businesswoman side of her doesnt pop out and want to charge me rent LOL

All you can do is ask! I doubt it will strain your friendship if she says no. You mentioned her being a mom, just make sure the kids stay away from her! Ghost, I mean.

O trust me I will....the youngest is 8ish and very spoiled (well they all are) but she isnt even out in the barn without supervision so I dont think that would be a problem. Holly has heard about Ghost...she wouldnt buy her from me because she think she needs to be on Regumate and she cant afford another mare on it. lol
