Yes it is.

What does discipline rail mean?
Discipline rail is exactly like judges command, just under a different name. Basically the judge can all out any manuver for the riders to complete, like lead changes, dropping sturrips, or sidepassing. Its a really fun, different class.

Can a novice rider enter in a pleasure class for their age group also.
A novice rider or horse can go in any other class.

Why do you have the same classes for both days? Doesn't this make the show extra long.
Not all of the classes are the same. I don’t think that it will make it extra long.

Do you only have a championship for halter? I noticed that on Sunday you have halter classes for mare and gelding again why is that?
We do only have a champion Class for halter because that is the only class that is only judged on the horses. This is typically done in most shows.

Are you walk/trot entries allowed to enter into a class where they are asked to canter?
People in walk/trot can enter other classes that asks them to canter.

You have an * after all the equitation classes. Why?
Why is there no * after the saddleseat equitation class? Is this different?
And the reason for the * after equatation classes is because those classes will have a pattern in them. Saddle seat does also have a pattern, I just forgot the * after it.

I hope this has answered all of your questions. Let me know if you still have any.

Thanks for your answers! I think watching a discipline class would be really fun. We don't have them here.

Also different is that walk/trot class entries are not allowed to enter a class where they ask for a canter.

Here in open shows you are allowed to show in a snaffle until the horse is five. At morgan shows they must be shown in a curb after four years.

Learning how different classes are held is great. It gives people an opportunity to ask for these classes at breed shows. They will sometimes have a couple of classes where you can buy the class and ask for whatever you want as long as the class is not already listed. The class doesn't count for points towards year end. I think I will buy a dicipline class at our next show.
