Until our foal is born!

Well, the foal we will be buying anyway

My Coach (who is leasing Flower) sent me a pic of her this morning.

This is Flower - the pregnant mare who is due in October:

Flower is a Trakhener mare by Valuta.

And the Sire is my instructors stallion A'Seduction:

A'Seduction is a Hanoverian by Aachimedes (Aachen/Argentinus bloodlines)

So yes, I can't wait!!!

I've thought all along that she's going to have a filly! Flowers dam had a colt just last night.

We aren't heading back that way (6hr drive) until xmas, so I won't get to see the foal until them

But i'll post pics as soon as Sally sends them to me!

WOW. I can't wait to see what the baby is gonna look like. The mare is beautiful, and the stud is stunning. A perfect combo!!!!

I know! It kind of crept up out of no-where!

I went to visit Flower back in March and she is such a sweet girl. Super friendly and she could be doted over and cuddled all day. Her Dam is the same, AND the sire is really quiet and sensible, so heres hoping for a well behaved and relaxed baby - would be a nice change from Astro

And yes, the baby should be a stunner! Very well bred with successful parents (well, flower hasn't done much but her sire and dam were/are very succesful) so i'm hoping he/she will be my next star!

Just had a thought...wonder if 'the new arrival' will make Astro pick up his game (behaviour wise)

I shouldn't say that, he's been a good boy lately!
