I am not sure, it is not mentioned on the page if they are or not. I sure hope that they do.
I know with the horse that we rescued no charges where filed.... not that they didn't try AC was called and came out but he moved the horses every time finally someone just bought her off the owner to get her outta there. She was about as bad as Ziggy so sad that he was not able to pull thru but at least in the last days that he was here he knew that he was loved.

Poor Ziggy.

I am at least comforted knowing he was loved, cared for, and died with a full belly and arms around him.

RIP Ziggy. So sad that this happens. At least his last little bit of time here was better than what happened to him before. It's so sad but at least he'll never go hungry again, he's in a better place. = (

Godspeed, Ziggy. It's a comfort knowing that your last days on earth were happy ones. The look on his face in the picture looks quite blissful.
