OMG - Is she pregnant?

Late last year we purchased a Pony with a 6 mo filly on her side from these people that were moving out of state - they were in a hurry to sell them. At the time we purchased her and the baby she looked pretty good, a little fat but good. Well, within a day of getting her home - she foundered. The people we bought her from had her thrown out to pasture with their QH stud. She had lost a lot of weight due to the foundering and the vet informed me that she may not be pregnant if she foundered. I could not figure out why she would not keep on weight and maybe I have baby on the brain because my other mare is due any day now. But walking out to brush her today, her belly suddenly looks an awful lot like my other prego mares. Below is a picture of her, she looks thin even though we free feed hay and she has had a hard time keeping weight on. What do you think? I know she looks awful and now I am worried that on top of everything she has been through - she may be pregnant. I remembered the day she foundered, I tried to contact the previous owners and of course they were no where to be found. It has been a long haul trying to get her back in shape and I thought that she may not come around. The horror stories I have heard about foundering did not leave me much hope. She is walking much, much better now - before she would gimp along. Please provide me with your feeback and if you think she is pregnant, what do you recommend I do. I was thinking about putting her up in the back paddock and continuing her regime of steamed rolled oats and hay. My heart still drops just thinking about the pain and suffering she has been through. Also, if she is prego would the benamine shots that I been giving her cause damage to the baby? She has not had the benamine shots for about two months now. Other than that she is up to date on vaccinations and worming.

Thanks.

Sorry, it is the white one. The one next to her is her 1 year old baby.

You think the gray one is skinny? She looks pretty fat to me. Do you have any side pics of her?
