Older Quarter Horse Broodmare - Pedigree Help/Questions/Critiques

I am looking at this older broodmare as a possible purchase. I wanted a critique on her and her pedigree. It looks good to me, but I am far from any kind of expert. I have emailed for better pictures and pictures of her foals.

I was wondering if someone with an AQHA membership would mind verifying her pedigree and let me know how many foals she has had and by which stallions? They say she has quality foals, but I haven't gotten the details on them.

Her name is Lil Sweetys Doc and her reg. number is 2812189. Here is her pedigree from All Breed: http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/little+sweetys+doc

Here is her 2008 colt by Smart Playboy Lena ( http://www.caywoodcolors.com/smartplayboy.html ).

So, what do you think of her? Her pedigree? Would her age be a huge issue? She has not had a 2009 foal; I believe she was left open since her 2008 was a later foal. What do you think of her conformation and what she produces from what you can see here? Hopefully I will get some more information from the seller to post.

I LOVE her breeding. I wouldn't expect to get many more breeding years out of her, but if she's well taken cafe of you might get a few.

I can't BELIEVE she is a Sport Model granddaughter.

I really like her breeding! An own daughter of Son Ofa Doc! You just don't see horses with old lines up that close and lots are light on the pedigree nowadays. I think she is a good find personally. That Sport Model was owned by someone in the town that literally is like five miles from where I live, too haha.

My husband adored Sport Model. I guarantee if he could get his hands on this mare he would. I don't know much about him myself but I'll have my husband tell you some stuff when he gets home.

She is the first living descendant of Sport Model I've run across so far. At his age it's amazing to find an granddaughter of his.

I knew her lines were older, but looking, I didn't realize they were that old. Can anyone verify with the AQHA that her pedigree on Allbreed is correct? I'm not imply its not, but I would love to know for sure.

And yes, ACC, please, I would love to hear more about him. I'm trying to do a little research myself and see if I can get some pictures of her ancestors.
