Argh, I can't find my show breeches ANYWHERE, none of them! I have 3 pair and they are NOWHERE to be found! Not in my room, not at the barn, not in the trailer, not in the basement/laundry room. I'm leaving for a show tomorrow and I don't know what I'm going to wear! My other breeches are either too hideously stained to be worn in public, or they're black or some other bright color.

My breeches walk away all the time on me as well. Is it possible to borrow a friend's?

I'm sure you've looked everywhere but I know when I lose things they always seem to appear when I give up looking

. Hopefully they will turn up tonight but if not is there a friend or someone that you could borrow some from?

Possibly, but the only one who wears the same size isn't picking up her phone. She's on dial-up internet and her cell is off. I emailed her asking for a call, and I can call her before school tomorrow, but if I don't get her then there's no other way I can get in touch with her because I'm leaving for the show in the middle of the school day. I have another friend looking for me, but she's considerably larger than I am so that might not work out. I haven't showed english in over a month though, and the last time I remember seeing them was at that show

I just got off the phone with her and she's bringing them to school tomorrow

Good, now I can actually sleep tonight! As silly as it sounds, not having breeches would completely keep me from showing in 90% of our classes, which would pretty much make the show pointless if I couldn't have found breeches. I'm glad I did!
