thats what me and a whole bunch of people dont get
we are thinking that Doug is doing this to get money for his disgusting habit that he got in trouble for
now I am not sure if doug actually reported him stolen all I know is that he wasnt stolen to my knowledge or a famous stallion like that would be found in a matter of weeks.
the original owner I belive now has him

nope her name isnt carin.
okay he wasnt stolen me and a few other people are getting on the case about this with the barn he is at. he is safe
he is fine. and he is getting taken care of

Merlin I'll bet the authorities will be showing up at your door...you say he isn't stolen but the authorities believe so..if you know where Capone is you SHOULD call the police!

Wow that's awesome...

To prove that he hasn't been stolen, it would be a good idea to take photos of him for a file in case someone tries to pursue some sort of scam thing. Then you can have proof that he was never stolen!

Merlin, If I were the owner of this horse and someone was publically ADMITING that they knew where MY horse was, regardless if he was being cared for properly or not, I would have the authorities go after YOU as well for not coming forward with your "information" to the authorities.. you make yourself look like an accomplice.

That can land YOU in jail. And yes they can track you through the internet.

this is soo ridiculous. if this horse was stolen by his original owner
then this douglas guy can track down this horse.
if i know where he is then sure as **** doug knows where he is.
because doug is part of this.
