I would still call the cops. At the very least they would be able to get it sorted out so that they can drop the case as him being "stolen"

They'd only get the money if he doesn't show up. So you'd be HELPING them collect the money.

I can tell you one thing though he came to the place where he is at now on sunday morning.

I'm confused.... so Spinks was just lying when he said that the horse was stolen?

Who really owns this horse? I am very lost....

Merlin, if this horse isn't stolen, why are they saying he is?

Everything in the news is saying he is stolen, so it is BELIEVED he is stolen. Either way this isn't a good situation. Authorities need to be told so the situation can be handled.
