It does not consider bestiality to be abuse of animals and thus with this little trick of words can denounce "abuse" in general without specifically denouncing bestiality. Fortunately this thread speaks for itself. However, I have no wish to be associated with any organization that permits this travesty to occur, for any reason.
You're now talking in circles. Who is "it," and who is saying whatever it is that you say "it" is saying?

At this point, it's clear that I am not "playing dumb." I'm simply dumb, as I can't even follow the jumps that are being made now. There's not even an effort to keep some sort of cohesive logic, it's just one big blur of anger.

What a shame.

Where was this already stated? I missed that?

In PM, the statement was made that I lived in Washington State at the time of this situation. I didn't, as I said in PM. This is simple fact.

Your assertion, above, is flat-out wrong. Would you like to correct it, or just let it stand?

A few pages back.

Where have you lived over the past 5 years?

I'm quite glad the old posts will get brought forth - it's the exact information highlighting where this all started, years ago, as an interpersonal squabble that I got pulled into the middle of for no reason other than I wouldn't turn over customer information.

Once again, after ten years of this stuff being passed around: why isn't there anything, not one thing, that shows I've ever been charged, investigated, convicted, or even accused of anything like this by any law-enforcement organization?

I'm still waiting for someone to explain that. Anyone?

ds

Yes, gladly. It was from the post I made with the letter written by greg and judy, (see above, where you refrenced my post with "old link from 2000") that has been removed. Showing the website link, with the registered owner being your farm…not a company offering hosting sites…but by you personally.

This is seriously driving me INSANE. I wish we could have absolutely undeniable proof one way or the other.

Doug, I will say this, IF you are innocent I am sorry for hounding you.

But I don't feel like you are, so I'm going to keep digging. This is bugging the **** out of me.

I have never quoted anything from your stallion.net website. Ever. Not intentionally atleast, everything I have quoted was from your "other" website..ahem..

I understand, and I'm not bothered. Read what I've posted, I have dealt with this for ten years. It's a crazy story - like much of my life. You think it's weird from out there? Imagine being in my shoes. . .

I'm rather shocked at HGS for letting this person post on this forum... I understand fully that the accusations being made are not allowed to be spelled out... we wouldnt have the freedom to do that even if this thread were moved to the adult section.

It saddens me that HGS would allow someone with this history (or supposed history) to use this forum as a platform. I get the fact that this thread is like a train wreck and people cannot look away, and I believe thats what this person wants.
There have been no forum rules broken by Exitpoint. He is not the one who keeps bringing up the off limits material.
I am not God and refuse to assume that role. My only concern here is what happens inside the walls of this forum. I do have some authority to make some judgment calls here.
Keeping an open mind is a double edged sword.
Do we go out and recruit those who have drug convictions ? No.
Do we seek people who have a large trail of baggage (true or untrue) and recruit them to be members her? No.

What we as moderators of this forum are faced with is doing what is right. Doing what is right does not always mean doing what is popular, does not always mean doing what we might personally think is the best solution.

I would like for everyone to think about this.
We have a thread going on about a member breeding her horse and some unreal turns come into play.
During the course of that conversation the subjects discussed include horse thievery, possible scenarios of insurance fraud and the character of a person associated with the horse.
All is well until the person being butchered shows up.

Are we allow to discuss that person as long as he can not enter the room? What is right about that?

Who is responsible for the new dinner guest receiving an invitation?
The invitation was extended when members chose to include him in their discussions.

This thread has about run it's course. We will not allow the discussion of the non PG 13 material and that seems to be about all anyone wants to bring up at this point in the thread.

Send Exitpoint a PM to where you would like to meet and discuss those other dealings.
If you ask him nice he may just show up.
