There are plenty of people walking around who've done bad things that are never charged, investigated, convicted, or even accused. It doesnt make them any less innocent... just lucky, so far.

"Greg and Judy Myers" were an alias of the person, as I described above, who initiated the entire smear campaign in 1999. They don't exist. When we competed our investigation (which cost over $10,000 to finish, and was handled by a large investigatory firm in Los Angeles) we had a list of seven ailases for the person in question. Because this is old news, and he has from what I'm told tried to turn over a new leaf and start a new life, I prefer not to post his real name here. I prefer to grant him a second chance, even after all the damage that's been done to me over the years because of what was, at heart, a stunt he pulled a decade ago.

We decided not to sue him, as I posted above, because he was destitute and winning a "symbolic" victory didn't seem worth the real cost of paying attorneys - after I'd already paid the investigators. I do still have the investigative report floating around, somewhere. It's been years since I looked at it.

You know, I must indeed be very, very "lucky." I was prosecuted by the federal government, in 2005, in my drug case. They went through every tidbit in my personal life, back to my childhood. Interviewed everyone I'd ever done business with, anyone who was connected to me in any way. Given the size of the case, that's just standard practice. They had the full authority of the U.S. Federal government behind them in the process.

Why, then, wasn't I charged with any of these "animal abuse" crimes? That just seems to be a question nobody wants to answer.

Thank you for providing everyone with the much-clamored for evidence. My only regret is that it can't be posted publicly. I have added the scum to my ignore list and am a much happier person. I do not intend to participate in these forums any more until it is permanently removed. It has a long track record of playing dumb, ignoring facts, and twisting other's words. It does not consider bestiality to be abuse of animals and thus with this little trick of words can denounce "abuse" in general without specifically denouncing bestiality. Fortunately this thread speaks for itself. However, I have no wish to be associated with any organization that permits this travesty to occur, for any reason.

I am kind of wondering this myself. As far as I can tell, I've responded to basically every post made here. Not one tangible fact has been returned. There's a flurry of PMs - after I responded with basic refutations of the first few, I'm clearly no longer getting copies of the "evidence" presented to me.

At this point, we go from an actual effort to figure out what's going on, and enter witchunt terrain. That's really not a terribly rewarding place, for anyone.

I'll continue to check in here, and if there's tangible questions I'll continue to respond. But I think it's utterly clear, at this point, what's going on. Anyone reading through all this will see the way this is now playing out. Of course, I can't spend my entire life chasing ghosts and trying to disprove whatever latest round of nonsense gets pulled out of thin air. It's worse than hopeless, it's actually a form of destructiveness all by itself.

And, RMT, why haven't you responded to the fact that the LAST "proof" photo you sent me isn't Capone? I'm sorry, but at this point I have to say your motives in this are not at all seeming honorable to me. Whatever is driving you, it's certainly not a concern for a specific horse. At the best, I can say that you've simply got a huge hatred for me personally. Why? Only you can answer that.

Despite more than 20 pages of my responses, why isn't anyone MAKING these accusations actually responding to my questions, in return? I suppose that's not the rules of the "game," is it? <sighs>

For someone living a parallel life as an internet legend, I sure feel boring.

As was already stated, the actions you are accused of was not illegal at the time they were 'committed'. Therefore, there is nothing to legally charge you with, however despicable those alleged actions may be.
