Offset Stirrups

Anyone try these out? How do they feel?

I rode in a pair once and wasn't really sure about them, so I sold them to Paula (Fox Glove), who loved them so much that she bought another pair for her other saddle! I would PM her

I prefer Sprenger stirrups to the offset. I found the offset stirrups locked up my ankle, but I also only rode in them for maybe a week. I think its one of those things where if you like em you love em, and if you don't you don't.

I have irons with a swivel eye and a jointed foot bed. LOVE them. It makes it so easy to scoop them up with your toe and I love not having that twist in my leathers...

I bought offsets to help my chronic knee pain and I love them! They take some getting used to, but it's been worth it for me.

One caveat: I let a friend ride in my saddle to try them out, and while they helped her knees, she said they caused her a bit of lower back tension. I've never had that experience, but you might want to ask around/keep it in mind.

I've been thinking about buying a pair of the swivel top irons for lower back pain. I've always heard they help with that???? Interesting.

Hmmm I've been researching and seeing mixed reviews about these. I wanted to get a set for my collegiate dressage saddle. But having second thoughts about it. Maybe I'll just use my normal stirrups on my other saddle.
