odd markings

I have a 4 year old Tb and she is a liver chestnut
so she has some dark spots on her but now she is getting
white hairs all around her barel, i no white hair can be from nerve damage
but the saddle or nothing sits where she is getting them i am also
wondering if it could be stress or just some odd markings i can try to get
some pictures but i was wondering if anybody knows what that might be???

My OTTB is a chestnut and has these little white hairs dispersed on her body. I asked my BO about it and she said alot of chestnuts have this. Her's seem to be much more noticable in the summer.

How much white hair?

Two options basically... sabino or rabicano roaning. Pictures would help, and you might contact a mod about moving this to breeding, you'll get a lot more responses as well.

Sounds to me like it could be rabicano or sabino roaning. My Mom's TB has a lot of this and is a loud sabino overo.

I don't know if that link will help. Sabino/Rabicano roaning can be either very minimal or very flashy.
