Oak Trail Farm(me) *uPdate* *pictorial*

Sup y'all.

So, there have been some changes here at Oak Trail Farm. Just thought I would share.

So, remember this? January 06

Well January 07 were here >
the tack room, and stairs up to the loft

Our "stalls" excuse the feces

Our mess, it is organized clutter kinda sorta...

Will be feed room when the barn is complete. Im thinking it will be in the next century or so. *sigh* How many cats do you see?

and the loft currently.
to the west

to the east, this will be the hay storage, wish upon a star

and look down. there will be a fence thinger around it, dont worry, no plummeting to our death for us

Oh, and this is a pretty thinger that my cousin got my madre for xmas!

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Dobey Tobey, his "wife" has left him, but he seems really happy about it... though you wouldnt get that from his face.

Frank, our only remaining peacock *tear*

---------------------------------------------------------------------

The weather has been odder than odd... so now we have this lake in our pasture. We always get it, but in the spring when it wont freeze.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

MaxiMoo looks great, and her gdaughter is psychotic.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Stella Sue needs a serious diet and I dont understand whats going on with her twinkle toes. They have grown so fast in the last couple months. Thankfully the farriers scheduled for the 13th.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

DeeDee knows shes purty. Shes also very neglected.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

TinkerToots, he's 21 months now. His neck goes on for miles. Oh hes standing downhill, also, his feet have always grown unnaturally fast. Drives me insane.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

The Little Monsters

---------------------------------------------------------------------

My Charli Horse. Shes now 20months, and LARGE.

Sure! You can have Tinky, and umm, Tinky, and uhhh, Tinky! He would LOVE to learn the ropes from Stormy!

I personally LOVE old cow barns. If it was up to me there would have already been an old cow barn that we could have renovated... but it wasnt seeing as weve owned the property for 5 or 6 years. Instead we have steel that we have to be unbeleivably cautious about until the plywood is up. Someday it will be fantastic, and I cant wait for that day!

aBreeze where are you located in MN (if you don't mind giving that info out)? Your group is so cute and I didn't know you could keep peacocks outside in the winter in MN (not that it is much of a winter this year).

Great barn. It will be a so nice when it's finally done. I know how long barns take to build. I went through the same thing just a few short months ago. It's all worth it in the end.

Wow!!! I am absolutely loving your barn! It's going to look amazing! The pictures of all of your guys are great too, thanks for posting all of them!

I love your peacock! I almost picked up a pair at the last auction I went to, they went for $50. Do you keep him somewhere heated? That was the one reason I didn't get them, our barn isn't heated.
