How much hay is getting or how musch Senior feed? (or both?)

He has WNV and EPM in 2002. Ever since then he'd constantly colic at least twice a year. And he's very sensitive to change and the weather. Ever since the WNV and EPM if I ever tried riding him when it was warm outside he's colic or act like he had a tummy ache...so I can only ride in cool or cold weather.
Last year (it was late summer) he coliced pretty bad---to the point that we talked with the vets about surgery and we had a colic surgery planned in the middle of the night, when he suddenly did a 360, and was doing better. We talked with the vets and decided to put him on Equine Senior and add water to it. So he's been fed that ever since last summer with (***knock on wood***) zero problems. He's at a great weight and he's back being perky and just his ole self again.

As far as some of your earlier questions, I do believe you would see an improvement on a ration balancer. And I would feed it exclusively, not in addition to the grain that they're getting.
I know our local feed store carries the Born to Win...we may try that.

Could we feed it in addition to our grain?

You COULD feed it in addition...but you don't need to. The Born to Win provides all the nutrition they need, so grain on top of that is not only not ideal for health reasons, but also unecessary expense

How much hay and Senior.

I agree, you can feed it on top of grain, but there is no reason to. Only negatives.
