| But the Born to Win is not. It is actually very well formulated (not saying it's the best on the market, but it's in the top bit). The only reason that it gets a bad rep is because Purina makes it. And as most know on here, I'm very anti-Purina, but I will feed any of their Nature's Essentials line (with exception to certain horses in a couple of those, but as a general rule, I'll feed it). I have fed several of their feeds, I've seen all of their feeds fed, and I will never feed them again. If I didn't have access to any other feed companies, and they quite making the Nature's Essentials, I'd use alfalfa pellets and a vit/min supplement ordered off line before feeding Purina. So don't think I'm saying it because I think Purina's the best stuff in the world. It's not. It's actually as far as 'big company brand name' feeds go, one of the worst. Now only if they could model their feed lines off of their 'supplement' line. |
