Not enough fields

So I woke up this morning at 6:30 to my mom running into my room to tell me that one of our horse shelters had blown over and knocking down the fence and that my two year old filly was loose. Well, we got her and her buddy in a different field and luckily nobody was seriously injured. Until today, I have had 4 usable fields (three 5 acre fields and one smaller field)and each with horses in them. One field has 2 mares in it, another my mare and foal go out to during the day and the third large field is for my 2 show horses and my sisters horse during the day. I tried putting the filly and her friend in with the 2 mares but the mares would not stop chasing one of them and I was afraid of injury so I ended up leaving the mare and foal inside for the day so the two younger horses had a field. That was fine for today but it is definitely not fair to leave her in until the weekend when we can repair the fence. Any ideas on how I can get everyone outside and happy? Oh, and any idea how to prevent sheds from flipping in the wind? We had two flip and one of them was anchored with rebar
