When you post with stirrups, is your weight in your stirrups? Or rather I should say, are you supporting the weight of your body when you rise with your feet?
i know that i balance off of my stirrups, do u know of ways to stop this? thanks

Best way to stop it is to learn to ride correctly without stirrups. Your weight should be supported by your balance. (Hard to understand until you experience it.) Once you can hold a correct 2 point position without stirrups, and not grip with your knees or balance with your hands, you'll know you have it.
