Unhappy No show...

Well, I just woke up and I went to my mom and told her that I would have to go up to Almont, a tack shop near by, to get some stuff for my show next weekend and she tells me that I can't do it. It'll cost too much money.... I'm so disappointed right now.... God, I really wanted to be the first one to ride Ollie in his first show... Now some girl named Olivia, who Ollie isn't a big fan of, will get to experience that and I wont.... I'm so bummened...

Is there anyway you could borrow what you need? Maybe someone from your barn can let you borrow what you need for the day.

I'm spendign all the money I have which is $230 dollars on most of the stuff. They just have to buy some of my show ettire and then pay for the cost for showing which is arround $120. The'd have to pay near $300 so that's a lot...

The stuff that I wouldn't be able to buy on my own would be show jacket, breeches, shirt, and that's all. I doubt I could barrow that stuff.

Why not? If you lived closer you could use mine. Do you ride at a barn that goes to regualr shows? I'm sure SOMONE wouldn't mind letting you use their stuff for a day.

I agree, don't give up. There has to be someone at the barn who is willing to lend you some riding stuff for the day. Good luck! I know this is important to you.

I don't think my parents have the money to pay for the show part so even if I could I wouldn't be able to go. I really need a job... lol
