Her registered name is Redford's Reese Cup everyone calls her reese for short, but i would like a nickname that only i call her!! Thanks everyone here are some pics

Red Peanut Butter Peanut Butter Butterball Hershey Darling Gorgeous ... It's hard to give suggestions for a nickname, because a nickname kind of represents what your horse means to YOU. For example, my mare Rocinante is Rosie to everybody. But sometimes I call her Rose Horse, based on a children's book that used to love, or Pretty Girl, or Big Girl, or Stupid, or Rosie-Posie, or Rose Bowl, or Sleepy Girl just depending on my mood, how she behaved that day... I used to have a gelding name Casino, but I'd only ever call him 'Sino, or Doll Face, which eventually turned to Dolly, or Pretty Boy. My other ponies switch between their actual names, and whatever insults I can come up with... they aren't bright, and have a tendency to step on me. I call my ugly one "Hack Star," because he so obviously isn't. You don't have to deliberate to come up with the perfect nickname- the best ones are part accidental. If Reese has a unique habit, or has gotten herself into some silly situation, maybe you can pull it from there Maybe there's a name that just slips out of your mouth because it suits her. Ask yourself- who is Reese? What is her favourite treat, her favourite thing to do with you- what is the first thing that comes to mind when you think "Reese"? Hope that helped a little bit! |

I agree with the above, I mean my gelding is CM Flash of Rebel and everyone knows him by Navajo but I call him hooch most of the time and my mare is shown as Choc it Too the Moon, known as moon, but i call her chickie. so it's hard for other people to come up with one. what are some of her quirks and personality traits that really stick out to you? think about it. good luck. it will come to you. =]

I don't know if she is or not but I've always liked the nickname Pokey but if she isn't then I guess it probably wouldn't work  haha ummm...Nutty (from peanut) Girly Chika (ch-E-cka) Honey I don't know much about her personality so I can't come up with many but hope this helps

Hey Thanks everyone! this really helped! Horsegal9412, my sisters hors's nickname is actually pokey, because her show name Is Magic Poco Bits! But thanks everyone for these it helped alot!
