I own my own dream stallion. not a thing I'd change about him other than his back legs... and that's an ever so slightly knit picking thing:

Wink DREAM stallions for Sundown Farm

Well, well, well, well, well!!!!!!

Okay, so this years "DREAM" stud was Rainbow--

I now have my Thoroughbred mare-- Elsie Rose in foal to Rainbow!!

Next years "Dream" stud is Popeye K--

I call these stallions-- "dream" stallions, because it takes a LOT of work for us to breed to these stallions!! It is like a dream come true, when we can finally here the vet say, yup she's in foal!!! As tears run down everyones faces!! Our program has been 5 years in the making.. We have been breeding horses for a VERY long time, but our program has been going through HUGE changes in the last 5 years, to now be breeding warmbloods! Both of these stallions breeding fees (stud fees, booking fees, and collection/shipping fees) end up being $3000 by the time you get all of the fees together.. That is no small amount of change! lol

We have been so lucky, to have two amazing warmblood stallions here at Sundown Farm!!! Senter Stage (Rainbows grandson) and Grande Leviticus!! We cannot wait for our next year foals, they will be fantastic!!!!

Right. If I lived in america and had a lovely Haffy mare, then she'd go to see this guy:

Smile

The mare that is going to be bred naturally plays a MAJOR part in my decision of the choice of stallion. My choice always has to complement the mare.
So, with that in mind... if I were looking to breed my hubby's Pinto mare (pleasure type)....

...my dream stallion for her would be the palomino PSL stallion Fabuloso
