Talking New show gear!

My mom and I were planning to go look for a new jacket, but she came home and surprised me with one!! It's an R.J. Classics from the Prestige collection. I absolutely LOOOVE it! It fits me perfectly and it's a really nice charcoal gray with pink in it.

I was having a really tough time finding a nice show shirt to go with my jacket, but I decided to try one more store and the first one I picked up was not only $100 off but fit me PERFECTLY. And it was the last one left!! It was regularily $159.99 and I got it for $59.99!!! It's a Beacon Hill Coolmax Performance "Victor" shirt.

I was also having a lot of trouble finding the perfect pair of breeches and while these ones aren't 100%, they're almost there! Not sure if anyones heard of this brand but they're Trainer's Choice. They were pretty expensive and I'd never heard of the brand until I tried them on.

Thanks! I loooove the shirt. I wanted one with a checkery pattern and who would've thought the first one I found would be perfect.

Thanks! I thought so too. I feel very huntery now haha. Curious, do you think that colour of jacket would be appropriate for low level dressage shows?

Wow that is an awesome surprise!!

I think that would be fine for low level, as long as the show bill doesn't specifically require black coats. Most low level shows don't even care if you're in a polo or just show shirt (schooling shows anyway).

Thanks. I'm just switching around barns now and one I'm looking into does primarily eventing and I'd really like to try it... the only problem is I just got a bunch of stuff for showing hunter.

I like the jacket a lot, very cute. I have a similar RJ with baby blue. They're my favorite brand of jackets.

Many years ago a friend of mine had some Trainer's Choice breeches and she liked them fine.

Ya they are really comfy! I like that they aren't really high up on your waist either. They sit at a good spot. AND I got to go down a size.
