New Show Bit!

I might not be all the fussy about my new job but it's sure great to have an income again, lol.
I just finished ordering a new show bit for Willow and I can't wait for it to get here.

What do you think???

I've been browsing through catalogues and E-bay nonstop picking out things I want to buy.

I like it. If you show western and Willow is five or older, she must been shown in a curb style bit, just FYI.

AQHA- that depnds on the show. One open one I go to allows a horse to be ridden two handed in a snaffle for western regardless of age.

The open shows around me, do NOT allow a Sr. horse to be shown in a snaffle.

We have a bit like that! Ours is brown in color (don't know why) and the center piece of the ring has a horse head on it. It is really quite fancy, but ours is quite heavy in weight, if I'm thinking of the correct one.

Good buy! Hope you enjoy it.

Willow's only turning four this year so no worries yet. Most of the little shows in town don't enforce that rule but the larger shows do.
It's ok though, I'm prepared, I've had a show curb ready and waiting for a long time now, lol.

I love it! It looks awesome. You'll have to post pictures sometime of Willow in all the new show gear!
