New Project

Ok, this is Bo, he is a 6yr old QH gelding. He was broke when he was 3 but hasn't had much attention since. I am picking him up on Sat. Please critique! He is a little long in the back but seems to be put together ok.

I don't like his short neck and he stands under himself in the front....but that doesn't matter cause YOU love him that is all that matters

i think he is put together pretty well, but his condition is quite poor. no muscle, hay belly, etc. I think when you get him back into work he will be gorgeous!

He looks pretty well balanced. As someone else mentioned, from this angle he appears short in the neck and thick in the throatlatch but lack of muscle can certainly accentuate this. He also has a bit of a hay belly and is lacking muscle. In a few months he'll probably look a lot better once he's trimmed down and muscled up a bit but he's already a nice looking guy
