New Pics of Raider, the VERY skinny rescue :(

This is after THREE WEEKS of proper care! Poor guy! His owners "FORGOT" he was out in the back paddock with no food....

EDIT...Oh yeah, and forgot to mention, that he has been successful on the B & C Hunter/Jumper circuit! So he will make an excellent additon to our family of show horses, hopefully next year!

Poor boy. He looks like the mare I took in. THeir excuse was that they didn't think there was anything wrong with her. They fed her but her teeth needed floated she couldn't eat they were so bad.... Stupid people.

Eventhough he is terribly skinny...he impresses me that he has maintained his muscle tone. Has he been trying to crib? What vittles is he eating? I can't wait until he starts filling out and getting back to his previous top form.

I'm not sure if he's been cribbing or what she's feeding him.

Awww. Poor guy!! It makes me sick to think of how much care it takes to keep my mare in good shape and there are people out there who just don't care and would just as soon their horse starve!
